Terms & Policies
1. Payment Policy
All orders must be paid in full before shipment. On occasions for orders over $1,000 we may offer a split payment option.
A 50% deposit is required before production begins.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the sign.
Once production is complete, we will provide an invoice along with photos of the finished sign. The sign will only be shipped after the final payment has been received.
2. Design & Proof Approval
Customers must approve all final proofs before production begins.
Any errors (such as spelling mistakes, incorrect colors, or sizing) that were approved in the final proof are the customer’s responsibility.
If a change is requested after production has started, additional fees may apply.
3. Turnaround Times & Delays
All signs are custom-made, and production timelines may vary based on design complexity, material availability, and order volume.
Estimated production and shipping times will be provided at the time of order, but these are estimates, not guarantees.
Due to the nature of custom manufacturing, unexpected delays may occur. While we do our best to meet deadlines, factors such as design revisions, supplier delays, or high order volume may extend production timelines.
Delays caused by factors beyond our control (such as shipping carrier issues, supply chain disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances) do not qualify for refunds or compensation.
4. Shipping & Damage Policy
We take great care in packaging our signs to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your sign arrives damaged or with defects, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will assess the damage and, if applicable, recreate the affected part of your sign.
Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.
5. Warranty
All of our signs are covered by a 5-year manufacturing warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover:
Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
Electrical issues due to incorrect wiring or power surges.
Environmental damage such as extreme weather conditions, vandalism, or accidents.
If you experience any manufacturing defects within this period, contact us, and we will assess the issue and provide a resolution, which may include repair or replacement.
6. Installation & Liability
We provide installation guidelines but are not responsible for improper installation by third parties.
Any damage caused during installation or modifications made after delivery are not covered under our warranty.
If you opt for our professional installation services, we ensure proper installation but are not liable for:
Structural issues related to the mounting surface.
Electrical connections outside our scope.
7. Order Cancellations & Refunds
Custom signs are non-refundable once production has begun.
If an order is canceled before production starts, we may refund the deposit minus any costs incurred (such as design work or material sourcing).
Refunds are not issued for completed signs, as they are custom-made to your specifications.
8. Color & Material Variations
We strive for accurate color and material representation, but slight variations may occur due to screen differences and material sourcing.
If exact color matching is required, customers should request a physical sample before production.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for loss of business, profits, or any other damages caused by sign delays, defects, or installation issues.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the sign itself and will not exceed the total amount paid by the customer.
