How it Works

Initial Consultation
We'll start by scheduling an initial consultation to discuss your project. During this meeting, we'll gather information about your project and develop an understanding of your design style and budget.

Design Concept
Based on the information gathered during the initial consultation, we'll develop a design concept and present it to you for feedback. We'll work with you to refine the design until it meets your expectations.

The First Look
Once production is complete, we'll share photos and/or videos of your finished sign and test that everything is in order and meets your expectations before we ship. We'll address any questions and make sure that you're satisfied with the final result.

Fabrication
Once the design is finalized, we'll move on to the production phase. This consists of welding the materials, painting, electroplating and fusing lights to your sign. Typically production of our signs is 10 business days.

Delivery + Installation
After your sign is delivered, we'll follow up with you to ensure that you're ready for installation. We'll also provide you with an installation kit and the necessary information and resources to help you install and maintain your new sign.
